What this project tries to accomplish is to gather under the same roof a trade-exhibition area, storehouse and offices of the AIKO furniture company. For this purpose the building is separated into two parts: trade-exhibition hall and storehouse with relatively independent usage. The concept of the building in volumetric-spatial regard is in the form of the two rectangular prisms which are overlapping by enlarging of the upper one, which forms the space above the entrance. The showroom is designed with an atrium space which shall be brilliantly illuminated by daylight. The panoramic stairs and the panoramic lift, serving the three floors, are located therein.
