The building is located opposite one of the important landmarks of Sofia - the Central Department Store at Maria Luiza boulevard, where modern office buildings are built next to old city blocks. The new structure goes into "visual" dialogue with them as in an elegant way the architectural detail adopts parts of the raster of the neighboring facades - one of them suspended and the other one classical with gypsum ornaments. Seeking a memorable vision with unconventional and provocative entry into the environment. The architectural design is the result not only of the multi-layered spaces around, but of the complex functionality that combines commercial, residential and office space under one roof.
