The complex is situated between Nessebar and Ravda in a greenery plot close to the sea. It is separated in three structures (A1, A2 and А3), each of which is composed so as to ensure a sea view of the maximum number of rooms. The service centers, swimming pools and restaurants have the same orientation. Catering, rest and recreation areas are foreseen for each of the structures, as well as a conference hall, spa center, swimming pool and an independent open air sports center for the entire complex, which could be offered as an external service. The vision of the complex is modern with references to the baroque architecture, which gives a feeling of grandeur and luxury.
