The building is located on Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd and is the 3rd part of the ambitious project "Business Complex "Expo 2000"". In terms of functionality the building is intended for office rental.
Architecturally Expo 2000's Phase 3 is made up of an 8-storey high part and a 3-storey low one. The building has an attractive and varied silhouette, achieved by creating a dynamic contact between two distinct volumes with contrasting in their outward appearance facades. The volume, which makes contact with the ground, has a fully glazed facade. The roof is partially landscaped and vegetation from the low body descends as facade paneling on the narrowest part of the volume and smoothly connects to the landscaping of the terrain. The second volume connects with the first dynamically "slipping" on his roof, so that it becomes parallel to the buildings from Phase 1 and 2. The facade is sought as a solid element with holes - a contrast to the first volume.
